That's where CalUp Concierge comes in. We created this service to give wedding planners and their clients all the benefits of CalUp, without any of the effort on the planners side.
Our team will take care of everything from start to finish, allowing you and your couple to focus on the proceedings and enjoy the wedding day without worrying about hundreds of lingering logistics questions.
So How Does It Work?
CalUp Concierge is a turnkey “soup to nuts” service that includes your CalUp account subscription, wedding itinerary building, guest list import and organization, delivery of personalized itineraries, dedicated CalUp team support, and on-call wedding day support.
We’ll even gather all photos shared by guests via the CalUp Wedding Guest app and deliver them electronically to the couple.
All you need to do is provide your CalUp Concierge with your activity schedule or timeline and arrange for the couple to provide the guest and wedding party participation list. We’ll take it from there!
One of the key benefits of CalUp Concierge is the ability to create a personalized itinerary for each wedding party member and guest. Our team will build a comprehensive itinerary that covers all of the important details, from the rehearsal dinner to the after party.
This ensures that everyone knows where to be and when, without any confusion or miscommunication.
CalUp Concierge, at your option, can enable group chat (we find that guests can help guests). This feature is especially helpful for out-of-town guests who may not be familiar with the setting.
Optional private photo sharing also lets guests share (privately inside CalUp) the candid photos they take throughout the wedding, creating a great collection for the couple to peruse when they return from their honeymoon.
