In a prior post, we noted that almost 90% of couples use wedding websites to communicate their wedding to their prospective guests.
Whether using generic website builders like Wix or SquareSpace or wedding specific solutions like Zola, The Knot, Joy, or Blueprint, a wedding website provides a straightforward way to:
- Communicate your wedding date/schedule
- Collect RSVPs
- Link guests to your wedding registry
Often, couples put in significant time and effort to ensure their wedding website is just right - getting the vibe, the story, the gallery and the schedule perfect.

Ways to Use CalUp Quick Links
Any event you create in CalUp can include a website quick link and as referenced above, couples often link to their Wedding Website. However, there is no reason to stop there, as quick links can refer to any accessible website or URL.
For any event in CalUp Planner, you simply type in a quick link label, and cut/paste the appropriate URL. The quick link will display as a labeled button in the event on the CalUp Wedding Guest App.
Here are some creative ways, couples and planners have used website quick links on CalUp:
- Resort or Venue Website
- SPA Booking Website
- Navigation App Route (AllTrails, Strava, RidewithGPS, etc.)
- Guest Arrivals on Google Sheets
