Create Beautiful, Personalized Itineraries!

The CalUp Planner Web tool helps you create and publish beautiful itineraries on the CalUp Wedding Guest App for your wedding party and guests.

CalUp itineraries provide your wedding party and guests with all the information they need right at their fingertips, helping to ensure that everyone is in the right place at the right time. Schedule changes are easy to communicate, and you can turn on private photo sharing and group chat to turn up the fun!

1. Build Your Itinerary

PT - 1-min

Step 1: Create a Draft Itinerary of Events

Quickly create your wedding itinerary with the CalUp Wedding Creator Tool and edit/add itinerary items to ensure the dates, times, and details match your actual schedule.  You may  replace any CalUp template images with images from your engagement or the venue to make the itinerary your own unique creation.

If you are working with a Wedding Planner or Day-Of Coordinator, check to see if they use CalUp for other clients - they may have familiarity with CalUp, and have templates for your venue.

2. Add Contacts

PT - 2-min

Step 2: Add Contacts

You may add individual contacts or import contacts using the CalUp spreadsheet template or by importing your guest list from Zola, The Knot or Joy. Each contact must have either a mobile phone number (preferred) or an email address to be added to CalUp Planner.

You may always add late RSVPs or additional contacts to CalUp Planner any time, even after your itinerary is published.

3. Create Groups

PT - 3-min

Step 3: Create Groups

Groups provide an easy way to build, organize, invite and message your guest list. Group examples of Groups include Bridal Party, Groomsmen, Close Family, Mothers, Golfers, All Guests, etc.

Well thought through groups help save you time and expedite the process of adding individual contacts to events.

4. Assign Invitees

PT - 4 v2

Step 4: Add Invitees to Events

Once your itinerary of draft event(s) are complete, and your contacts/groups have been added, you'll make sure all the right people (Invitees) are added to the right events!

Once you have added Invitees, you will see the Invitee Count for each event on your Dashboard. These events will still be in Draft Mode, ready to be published. Note that you can always add late RSVPs or additional contacts to an event after it has been published.

5. Publish Events

PT - 6 v2

Step 5: Publish Events and Send Invites

Once your Itinerary of Events is complete and you have Invitees assigned, you'll publish your Itinerary, and each guest will receive the itinerary items they are attending in the CalUp Wedding Guest App.  CalUp's Preview and Publish tool  makes publishing your itinerary a snap.  Note that you may always edit a published event, and all guests will see the updated version of the event once the edits are published.

Guests will receive a notification (text and/or email) to get the CalUp Wedding Guest App where they can view & interact with their personal itinerary.
