CalUp Planner Launch

As we get back to normal, most of us are ready to spend more time with colleagues, friends, and family.  And just in time we are super excited to launch CalUp Planner, our Attendee Engagement tool for event planners and event coordinators.  The CalUp Mobile App has been available on the App Store and Google Play for individual consumers since late last summer and many hundreds of events activities have been planned and enjoyed with CalUp.

Now, the CalUp Planner Web Portal makes it easy for planners and coordinators to create and publish personalized, rich and dynamic group activities or multi-activity itineraries for their participants or guests.  Invitees can view their personalized itinerary on the CalUp Mobile App and utilize fun features like photo sharing, event group chat and 1:1 direct messaging with other attendees. Most importantly, CalUp keeps attendees informed and updated in real-time so that planners and coordinators do not have to send out constant emails/texts or answer the same question over and over.

Where can CalUp help? Here are some examples:

• Schedule or venue changes? No problem! Simply update the activity in CalUp Planner and all invitees have the current information.
• Meeting point logistics? No Problem! Simply add a visual “Location Hint/Meet Point” to your activity to keep your attendees showing up at the right “ on track.
• Message for all Attendees? No Problem! Send a broadcast message to all attendees (group chat back to the planner is optional).
• Managing remote activities?  No Problem! Appoint an In-App Co-Host who can adjust the schedule and communicate in real time via the CalUp Mobile App.
• Photo sharing logistics? No Problem! Allow attendees to take and share photos with the entire group….super fun and engaging.
• Need to send an urgent alert? No problem! Send a text message to any individual, group or event/activity invitee list right from the CalUp Planner Dashboard.
